Living one day at a time (ODAAT) is a wonderfully simple concept. But the journey to get there is mentally tough and a process of constant thought shifting.
To live solely in the day you are currently living, never mind the current moment you are experiencing, is a practice in presentness.

Our Story
The Renew Planner is a passion project born out of a personal experience with recovery. As part of my own healing process, I leaned on planners and organizers to help me stay on task and meet my personal goals. However, I struggled to find a planner that addressed some specific needs for those in recovery. My vision of The Renew Planner was to create a companion tool and system of managing daily thoughts and responsibilities. As well as integrate solutions for building spiritual connections, and make space for mindfulness.
I hope you consider making The Recovery Planner part of your toolkit and that it’s as helpful to you as it has been to so many others. Welcome to your new beginning.

Testimonials
After my mom died I was in a fog that I could not get out of. I was looking for structure to recover from my grief, but the planners I came across seemed harsh and hard driving. Until I found the Renew Planner. This tool is the softer, gentler way I needed to bring me back to life after the numbing pain of the months of grief.

I can't say enough wonderful things about how this planner helps you focus on your day, week, and month around your recovery. I am only on week two of using my planner and I just finished part of my fourth step!
I have always maintained that if you want to add a new habit into your life, combine it with something you are already doing. The Renew Planner enables me to do just that. Keeps me working on my program and examining myself on a daily basis.
